A Place to Belong

Life here is meant to be shared.

From favorite meals and weekly social hours filled with music and movement, to holiday dress-ups, birthday celebrations, and daily Mass in the chapel, there’s always something bringing people together. Laughter comes easy, friendships grow naturally, and every day offers a reason to smile.

Participation is encouraged, memories are made, and no one is ever left out.

  • "My mother has been at St. Francis for several years and I could not imagine a better home for her. The care is excellent and the place is always spotless. The sisters who run it are always there and she loves the daily Mass. My mom has made some great friendships, she loves going to activities and she even says the food is, "just like homemade." We are so lucky to have this hidden treasure in San Antonio! If you are looking for a place you will feel truly comfortable leaving your loved one look no further."

    — Sarah Peckham

  • "My dear friend was a resident at St. Francis. I was with him everyday for about three months. The facility is spotless and there is the opportunity for residents to engage in a variety of activities all day, everyday. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about this amazing place. God bless you Sisters and assist you in your ministry."

    — Lisa Contreras

  • "My Dad spent his last few years in St Francis and they were wonderful. The Nuns that run the facility are a blessing to their residents and their families. The workers could not have be any nicer to my Dad as he slowly faded away. Examples of the place is that it does NOT smell like a nursing home, the food is good, and the other residents are cheery in the building. It shows the love of Christ in every way. It was so nice that when our Aunt needed a place, we waited for a place at St Francis."

    — Kim Page

  • "STAFF is amazing, very caring and cooperative with my mom who has dementia. Even when patients are difficult, they are so professional and caring of their needs. The food is tasty and heeds nutritional standards. Mom's complexion and weight have never been this good. The nurses and CNAs work so very hard to make this place like home to everyone. The office staff is also great bc they will help you with all sorts of red-tape paperwork for Medicare, Medicaid, insurance etc.. So if you're seeking out a place for your loved one, pay them a visit, then go see 3 others. You'll find this place is perfect!"

    — Pt Harry

  • "It's a very suitable, high-quality place to entrust our family members to, with excellent staff. They are always ready to help, and their care for the elderly is especially important. I've seen several places, but none like this one. It's clean from the entrance to every area and has everything my mother needs. She's in a place that requires a lot of attention, and here she's very well cared for. God bless you always. ❤❤❤"
